Would I buy a Dell tablet PC, sure, why not?

Have had "problems" with Dell but, most have worked themselves out.

Language barriers, service that went "kaput" but, have enough equipment that assures I will not be out of the loop. Simply fire up another Ax, laptop or desktop.

Up 'n running. Phone time is, most always, a killer though! Loss of that time really t's me off!

Nope I have experience with them and nothing is better tha a real laptop.

I'm 110% behind you on that, the iPhone just isn't quite the iTablet and the Modbook by OWC isn't very official.
But if Dell came out with somthing like the Dualcor then that would be heaven.

Tabletts are not reliable.

Nothing is more weird than having an oversized touch screen in your arms. Let me tell ya, a Dell Axim could survive a 6 foot fall (Yes I am an abusive owner :P but heck it still works) but it gets harder if you drop a Tablet from 6 feet (Yes I've done that too) and let me tell you... it ain't pretty at all.

actually, no, that's just what i heard it called in another post on aximsite... cant remember where. no, i am not into the cutesy thing....

 

A dell Tablet PC (or any Tablet PC) not sure - to big for what I am after.

Now a Dell UMPC - or even better a Dell competitor to the Sharp UX line - that could be another story.

Finally I have my Axim x50v, but I still love my Newtons...
