[Help]What's wrong with my MS eBOOK creator plugin

Hi there guys
i am big fan of eBOOKs
i enjoy the feel and look and cool experience that MS Reader brings
but here i got a problem that when i try to convert Word into .lit file
a dialog pops up saying that "unable to build the ebook(error 66) not all content tags are closed"
what's wrong with it and what should i do to kill this issue...

thanks in adv.

Bruce:

What version of Word do you have? In addition to the Reader I troubleshoot the Add-in as well.

Sincerely,

Bruce:

I am honored to meet you as well! Our customers are what make Microsoft great!

It looks like you have the right versions of the products and it should be working. Can you tell me how you are formatting your content? If you would like you can send me the file offline and I can try to debug it then recommend a way for you to work around the error message. It is likely a style that is being applied via an unsupported method.

We do not currently have a Chinese based Reader. It is possible that conversion of Chinese text "may" work but is not officially supported as our fonts have not been tuned to support the special nuances of the Chinese written language.

Sincerely,
Christine - Microsoft Reader Team

If you click on MSReaderGirl you should now get the option to send email to me. Once I have received the file I will take a look at it and let you know if there are any work arounds to your issue.
