On the negative side ereader doesn't allow me to speed the autoscroll up and down with the buttons. Isilo doesn't have auto scroll at all and MSreader has drm that locked me out of a couple of books after I had problems with my axim and went through about six in a year.

Regarding iSilo's auto-scrolling, your must be referring to a very old version. I have one hard button set up to toggle auto-scrolling on/off. When on, the D-Pad up/down buttons accelerate or slow down the auto-scrolling. My version is 4.26 but the auto-scroll feature exists since early 4.0 revisions at least. The lastest version is 4.29.
My second choice is eReader if I cannot get the book in iSilo format - the few DRM'ed books I bought so far were either PDFs or in eReader format.
I cannot even activate MSReader, not that I have any desire to do so. The things wastes so much screen estate for page margins, and lacks most of the functionality offered by the other readers, it would be ridiculous if it wasn't so sad...
uBook looks really interesting! I would have tried it long ago but the web site does not have a privacy policy.
I have also been glancing at Mobipocket now and then over the years, but not recently. Quite a few commercial books appear to be available in this format. Apart of that (and minus the auto-scroll feature :)) which other benefits does it have over iSilo and eReader? For instance, you mentioned "other print content".
