Want to try ebooks, how do I start?
I have an x30 and want to download books, where do I start? I see all these formats and readers and don't really know how to proceed. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

As you said there are lots of different formats and readers out there. If you don't any books yet, and just want to get started I would recomend eReader here -> http://www.ereader.com They have lots of books to choose form and offer a free reader program to use. There are others out there, but this works fine for me. I usually keep a couple of books on my Axim for when I get real board. Good Luck~

Yep, I agree with FlyACL. A few of the top formats are MS Reader, eReader, and MobiPocket. I have used MS Reader for quite a while and have recently switched to MobiPocket. MS Reader is pretty nice but the DRM and lack of VGA support turned me off. eReader costs a few bucks while MobiPocket is free (for the basic version). Anyway, take a look at the various sites and see which reader has the features that are most important to you. For me it was MobiPocket, however, eReader does have the largest collection of eBooks...

Just to be clear there is a free version of eReader as well. You have to pay for the PRO version if it is something you want. But the free version works well. Take care~
