Its a great resource. I think the 2006 CIA Factbook is already available on the CIA website, hopefully someone will be able to put it into a format for the PPC someday soon. :)
Oh, I'm sorry. I forgot about that. My old web host default was to store it in the root, but this one stores it in the DOCUMENTS folder, unless I specify. Again, sorry about that, and thanks for the correction!

Yep, it is! However, rapidshare can be annoying, especially if your behind a proxy or something, so I have uploaded it as well. The Rapidshare link will expire after 30 days with no download. I have just increased it another 30 days, btw. And YoLaTengo, I have uploaded the .zip file! Simple change the file link in the link to .zip. Everything else is the same, so it is:
teh link is not working!!!!! maybe the CIA hacked it????
