MS Reader and Encarta

You can download MS Reader for the PPC and then download Encarta Pocket Dictionary. It is not the best, but the price is right.

Microsoft Encarta Pocket Dictionary

Brian, you beat me to it but I hate to waste written words.

The only free dictionary is the one I have loaded on by Ax, Microsoft Encarta Pocket Dictionary. Basic but free.

Gmail is Google's Email service. Currently, you need an invitation to set up an account.

Mdict (free dictionary program without dictionary database that you can launch from anywhere) with Wordnet (public domain lexicon). If you know about the public domain KDIC in Palm then you know how this works.
