Bought a book a couple of days ago from eBooks.com, but every time I try to download it I get redirected to their 404 error page. (this is after it insists being visited in IE simply to download...)

Emailed their support address at the time but have not had a reply yet. Is this likely to be a one-off case? How long should I give them to respond before writing this off?
