I don't know of any ebook versions, but if you can surf via wireless, the one at http://www.rhymezone.com/ is peachy.

There is a free one for BDicty (Google for BDicty). I downloaded it the other day. Not overly impressed to be fair. e.g Want to find a word to rhyme with loser. You need to type "uwzer" in to get the list of words.

A bit too hard for my liking.

If you find a better one, please post it here, I'm in need of one.
