Conversion questions

I just got mobipocket and all of my lit books converted over to HTML (having too many issues with getting the lits into ms reader). They are fine, but I want to try ereader. From what I can tell ereader supports ONLY pdb files correct? And if so is it worth it to track down a batch html or txt or whatever converter to take the files from .lit -> X format -> pdb.

Haven't had a chance to really delve into mobipocket yet, I really like how you add books, but I'd still like to see what my other options are.

mobipocket reads html. I like mobipocket much better than ereader and it has a built in conversion program. Ereader is ok, but the features of mobipocket are much better.
