Why not download the .doc version and then convert it to Reader format using MS Word? Would that do the trick?

it's made by a company called Town Compass and uses something called "Data Viewer." It's a little over $7. Here's the link:

It's designed to be viewed on a browser. Download the 38M zip file from that site and extract the files to a folder on an SD or CF card. Using your PDA browser of choice, open the index file and surf through it as if you were on the net.

Thank you , paulcb, did as you said and works just fine, kinda different "browsing" a program with PIE , but hey it works so what the heck.
