I purchased 2 books from ebooks.com that are specifically for adobe reader. I cannot for the life of me make them work on my PPC. Is there any other pdf reader that will work on the PPC with ebooks specifically for adobe reader?
Or does anyone have any suggestions on making the books work on adobe ppc?
there are many cases of adobe's DRM not being supported on PPC readers

When an e-book company sell you an e-book that they claim can supposedly be opened by Adobe Reader, they have to make sure that digital rights should work on it. If that's the case you either have to ask them for support or ask them for a refund.
The pages are completely blank (but all the pages are there! All 12 MB of them.
Just in case, have to address this - are you using a light background or a dark one? I read with green text on black background, and have found a few ebooks that initially appeared blank; the font had been specified as black instead of automatic, so I had to change to a light background to read them.
I agree with the person who said to ask the seller; you might also check out the publisher, for resolution. I personally have never had a problem with Adobe Reader, beyond the VGA fix.
This isn't a perfect solution, because you'll probably lose some formatting, the table of contents, etc... but you could try converting the pdf into a file readable by another program. This probably won't work if it's DRMed up though.
I converted a free pdf book into a Mobipocket ebook the other day using Mobipocket's free ebook creator. You can also use Gmail to convert pdf files. All you have to do is send yourself an email with the pdf as an attachment, and when you receive your mail, click "view as html file" instead of download.
But if your file is 12MB, I think it may be too large to email. So all of my advice might be useless.

I hadn't thought of that, but I did go in and try changing background to white and font to black and then tried a black background w/yellow font, and still no words.
