uBook 2008a Released

For those of you who still used uBook 0.9i or earlier, uBook 2008a just got uploaded yesterday (or thereabouts - it wasn't there when I checked two days ago), and redid the 'open' dialogue, includes a faster JPEG renderer, and a few other fixes.
