hi,i have a problem.when i use doc to lit converter(microsoft or other) after preparing during installing i get an error.i can't convert the file.what to do?

Perhaps telling us what the specific error is, at what point you get it, what tool you are using, etc. might be of some use to anyone who may otherwise be able to help?

i use microsoft word with special feature(add-in) to convert files and the error is error 63:unable to complete operation.what to do?

Are you using Word 2003? The converter doesn't work with that version of Office.
