Just heard from another forum. Palm Digital Media is giving away one free ebook a day until Christmas.

i have a suspicious feeling that these are the same free books that you can get any day at other lites like project gutenberg or something

So far, yes. I read that yesterday's free ebook was "The Secret Garden", another title that is available freely from Project Gutenburg or many other vendors. But it is a good gesture.
