MS Reader plugin TOC help

Sup fellow axim owners....

I'm attempting to make an eBook using the MS Reader Plugin for MS Word and it says you can add a Table of Contents.

Well I think I've added the Table of Contents correctly because it shows up in my .lit file. However, the Table of Contents button (in the list of other buttons like Cover Page, Annotations, Help, Library etc) doesn't work. I'm thinking that it has to be linked somehow but I dunno how to do this. Either that or I just took a step in the wrong direction.

Any help is appreciated.

Did you create the Table of Contents yourself in MS Word, or was it from a copy and paste?

I did the whole bit in Word where you go to Insert => Reference => Index and Tables => Table of Contents.

Like I said, I get the Table of Contents to show in the document and in the created .lit file but that Table of Contents button doesn't work.

Hmmm. . . maybe someone else will be able to help you, then. I haven't ever really worried about the TOC. Sorry.

I don't mean to change the subject a little, but where did you get your MS Reader Plugin for MS Word?

Well I broke down and just got the MS Reader SDK. I'll work with it and once I get all the kinks out I think I'll submit the resulting program etc to the aximsite downloads setion. Be warned, I only go it working in the command prompt. Hehe, new and improved Visual design to come soon.
