Problems activating after a hard reset? Try this
Picked this out of the most recent Pocket PC newsletter. So give them full credit.
"Some people have reported problems if they activated MS Reader once, and then had to re-activate it because of a hard reset. If you are experiencing a similar problem, Rich Selmon has suggested a solution in a post to a Microsoft newsgroup. He suggests that you clean out the Internet cache (Web files from previously viewed pages) for Pocket Internet Explorer. If that does not work, then you should clear the cookies, too. To delete the Internet cache, go to Pocket Internet Explorer, tap on the Tools menu, and then tap on "Options..." In the "General" screen that appears, there is a button which says "Delete Files." Tap on this button and your Internet cache will be cleared. On the same screen there is a tab which says "Advanced." Tap on the Advanced tab to go to the Advanced screen. Tap on the button which says "Clear Cookies." ANd you should be good to go.
Hope this helps.
