Just my opinion, offer it (ebook format) as an 'encouraged' option but not required.

She won't allow it because of security reasons. I have not gotten into any protracted discussion with her about it because access to IT goodies (of which I have received more than my fair share)depends on personal access and that, in turn, depends on pleasant relations. We'll probably get wireless someday, but it will be on her terms. That's just the way things are around here.

If WebCT doesn't work out, I will probably offer the e-book format as an option and not a requirement. Even if a few students participated, it would make things easier since I could grade their papers while my kids are at the park without the papers blowing away in the wind. Other papers could get done later. Since I'm a part-time prof, a full time mom, and a some time dissertation writer, I'm trying to figure out a way to use every possible second of time without keeping my kids completely housebound.

'Course, this was back in "Beaver Cleaver" days, and there weren't so many scary people about -or- CPS to worry about, either...when she'd swat my butt (deservedly so, more often than not).

Wasn't that bad............'cept we had a four line clothesline, two brothers and Sweetums...........

By the end of the day we were all tangled up, except for Sweetums, he always managed to keep us to "our end". Never did care for Sweetums all that much..........he had the waterbowl all locked up.
