Hey, I am trying to get a dictionary with mobipocket and it just keeps on telling me to enter the serial number...when I do, it just goes to another screen that says, "last step:enter serial number" anybody know what's wrong?

Where did you get your dictionary? On Mobipocket eBookStore, or another website?
Did you contact the Mobipocket Technical Support (or another team if you got your dictionary on another website)?
