I've had my X30H for about a month having a great time learning what i can do with it. Here is my problem, i purchased an eBook and i tried to download it and when msreader opens the ebook isn't there. I've tried emailing my problem and no response. I downloaded the preview of the book do you guys think that might have something to do with my problem?

I'm not sure what the problem could be, but have you tried opening the book without going into MS Reader? Try using your File Explorer to browse to where the book is located and then tap on the book and see if it will open that way.
