Great site!

But am I the only one who finds it annoying to read a e-book on my Axim?

Good link, I actually like using my AX to read so I don't have a problem with using it at all.

How many of the books are in HTML as opposed to PDF? PDF is the worst format for reading on-line, being designed for for re-creating printed pages.

Doesn't look like there's much here that you couldn't find at Project Gutenberg or ManyBooks. Gutenberg has them mostly in html or txt, and ManyBooks has taken several thousand books from Gutenberg and formatted them for almost every reader. Both of these are free. For much more info on ebooks and offline web browsing on your PDA, visit MobileRead.

I'm moving this to Classifieds. I have my doubts but buyer beware! from most of the responses most of this offer can be found free. What are the 2 formats?

Hi Bobby,

I think this thread still belongs in eBooks, even if there is some disagreement about the value of it.

Sure, a lot of the material is free (thanks to the Gutenberg Project) and can be found in other places, but that's only maybe 15,000 titles, and they claim to have 60,ooo for paying members.

I'll look into the file formats later and report back in the thread.

The library is a joint project with Project Gutenberg so you would expect it to have a lot of the same titles.
