I know I have asked for help before but I found some new things I am having with my problemed reader. When I do a soft reset all the books are listed back in the reader index. Then I click on a book and it takes me into the book just fine. But when I click back to the index sometimes only one book is left then I repeat the process and eventually the index is empty. I have found though a soft reset will bring all the books back but then the axim continue to have the same problem. Any help is much appreciated and I would really like to correspond through email with some one if they would not mind walking me through this. Thanks
