Question Converting PDB files to lit.files

I downloaded some e-books from www.manybooks.net to a jump drive.
These books downloaded as PDB files. When I move them into my MS. Reader file will they automatically be converted to lit. files? If not, how do I go about converting them to lit. files so I can use them with MS Reader. Thanks for the help.

MS Reader won't read them (or convert them). However there are other free readers out there that will. ubook and mobipocket spring to mind

Happy reading

If you hunt hard enough, you can also find utilities to convert .PDB to plain text. And other utilities to covert text or html files to .LIT.

However, those utils are not always the best when it comes to getting the formatting right on their own. Depending on the book, you might have to do a certain amount of reformatting work in the middle to keep it from looking horrible. So, reading those e-books through MSReader is not impossible. It just might be long, and tedious though.
