MS Reader - Font too large

Hello,

Font size seems to vary according to the ebook rather than the font size selected in the settings menu of MS Reader.

Moving Pictures, the Terry Pratchett book included with MS Reader, produces a huge font - far too large for comfortable reading, with only 9 lines of text per page. Another book seems to be displayed in a reasonable font, so the problem appears to be related to the .lit file.

Any suggestions of how to alter the font size would be appreciated. I've searched the forums without success.

Thanks,
Chris

They just released 2.4 which includes a "rotate and resize" feature. Give it a look and see.

Howard - I'm using V2.4, build 5070, downloaded from MS this afternoon.

I think it must be something to do with the encoding process when the data is made into .lit format. Perhaps I've just got to live with the oversized fonts :-(

Drop - the Terry Pratchett was there when I opened MS Reader, I didn't install it mself, so it must be a "gift" from MS.

Still searching for small fonts!

Sorry about the fonts. I hate large fonts as well. I like to maximize the content on the tiny PPC screen.

Thank you, Chris. I searched for Pratchett's ebooks but still couldn't find any. But if MS is giving it out as freebie, which MS did before, that means Pratchett is finally warm up to the ebook idea. Good news indeed!
