Question Problem with MS Reader

Hi all! I'm looking for some help with MS Reader. I had it installed and working fine then I moved it to built-in storage instead of default storage to save space. Now when I try to use it, I get the message "Cannot find 'msreader'(or one of its components). Do I need to move it back to the default directory or is there some other fix for this? I can get to it through file explorer and open it just fine from there, just not from the icon in programs. Thanks for your help!!

No, you don't need to move it back. But you need to re-direct the shortcut. Go to Windows\Start Menu\Programs and delete the shortcut file MsReader.lnk. Then go to your MsReader folder (or root Directory) in BIS and find the MsReader.exe file. Using Resco Explorer 2003, Tap and Hold on this and select "Send To", then select "Start Menu as Shortcut". Go back to Windows\Start Menu and use cut and paste to move the MsReader.lnk file from the Start menu folder to the Programs folder.

Much easier to do than to explain.

Thank you!! I suspected that I needed to do something with the shortcut but wasn't sure how to redirect it. The new shortcut is in programs and works great now! :approve:

I have noticed a problem with moving the MS Reader program. The secure MS Reader books won't work.
