I'd like to start using a different format also. Anyone out there find soething that can convert .doc files without issue? I can use Amber to change .lit to .doc and then can go from there. The nice thing about that is it also removes that annoying DRM.

I am having problems with my credentials. I recently activated msreader in a new winxp install and it says activated for microsoft reader, but when I try to re-download past purchases from the simon&schuster site, I get a message that "The reader credentials supplied with your download request do not match the credentials on the order". I get the same at the booksonboard site.
Please help.

PS: For some reason my microsoft passport account had been deleted and I had to register again for a passport. I used the same e-mail address as before, but I am getting these error with ms reader.
