How the heck do I get an emulator to work. And how do I get the roms on the axim?

Try PocketNester, it is a program you can install directly on your PPC. You will have to either create the ROMs yourself, or download them from the Internet. Try a Google search and you should find some. Place the ROM files anywhere on your PPC and run PocketNester. Choose "Load ROM" and select the ROM file and it will load the game so you can play.
