I'm part of the Spicy Pixel Team (Morphgear) and just seeing you give up has intrigued me in what game were you trying to load it up with.
1.Some game /roms won't work because of technical factors like a region (U) rom won't work but a region (E) rom does. Did you try different region coded roms and could you tell me what game were you trying to load up? I won't be able to test out the rom for ya though as my Axim X50v has been bricked for about a month now

. Thats why i have my good friends here at Aximsite to do it, dopefish, bluetrane, etc. I wish to resolve this problem you are having as fast as possible, if we can't... well... i can recommend a slight alternative to fix the problem.
2.I've noticed you are using Gapi Tweak 1.1, have you swapped out the driver inside Morphgear from auto to Gapi (Open Morphgear, click on the {I} icon and go into the last settings tab at the bottom. Inside that, swap the driver at the top to gapi. If this is already done, go to the bottom of the same screen and turn you Thread Priority to High.
3.Did you install it properly, following the steps on our homesite of Morphgear, alot of people don't do this and gain the one error of the insufficeint Memory. Here's a link and follow ALL the Steps start from the Main Morphgear System (step 1) and grab the extra modules/extensions (step 2 and 3), installing them the same way you got em'.
Plz post again if this helped you out or you have any questions

!
Note: Oh, just incase, here's our homesite-
