Well you're only 15... you have plenty of time on your hands, and you don't think it would be too hard. So Go for it. Think of it as a learning exercise

Ummm, they do have a working gba emulator, with sound and saves for free-- Pocket GBA Version rel0.5.05101....It works fine for me...

To get the .dll required, go into FMODCE->wce->arm->fmodce.dll...Copy that into the folder with the PocketGBA.exe in it. And it works!!!!! I can run the games at full speed without sound... YAY
