I don't suppose there are any Mega-CD emulators out there? There is a great open-source one for Windows called GENS and I figured someone may have tried to port it to PPC.

Hah! I asked this question too and when in the early stages of Morphgear, I threw the idea to Aaron (Creator of Morphgear). We thought about swapping out the emulator we were using at the time (Generator) with GENS+ actually (since it's source was using Microsoft Visual C++ assembly) for a while. The idea seemed to had fallen through the floor though when Morphgear went opensource. Sorry... if someone has the time/dedication maybe we could see some results  .
