Looking for some working free emulators...
So, as the title suggests, I'm looking for working, free emulators. The pocket GBA link didn't work in the free games link, for instance. I need whatever you've got. NES, GBA, GB, PSX, if it works on a WM5 X51V I'd love a link to it.

Thanks in advance.

The PS1 emulator link is screwed up. There's an l after the /. Might want to fix that.

EDIT: Also, how well do the emulators run on my axim of choice? Any ideas?

There are links to the best working NES, GB, SNES, & GBA emulators for the Axim X51v in MyPDA.

Well, it's not related to Nintendo or Sony emulation but there are two available emulators by the nice price of nothing at www.pocketcult.com

Both emulators works in VGA mode and PocketCultMAME have a special option to scale pixels by hardware on your device (using a Intel 2700G register)

Regards

Oooh, that looks good. And arcade games are certainly more built for rapid-fire play than console games would be....How well does pocketcultMAME run? Any kind of benchmark of where I'm going to start seeing badly running games?

EDIT: Also, it would appear that pocketnester is not only a windows exe, but requires activesync. Any of you willing to send me the .cab(my main computer is a mac, and the laptop died on me)?

Also PocketCultMAME includes autofire if you wish to leave your finger relaxing.

'Tiger Heli', 'Ghouls and Goblins' or 'Commando' for example are games that works well and at full speed using the option 'Intel 2700G double pixel size'... Also there are games like 'Charriot' that works at full speed if you play in portrait view.

What problem with PocketNESter? Sorry to ask, but I am planning on picking up an X51v soon and am curious what issue there is in advance so I know whether it will work or not .

Well, you see, I don't have a Windows PC, and pocketnester comes in one of those .exe's that needs activesync to open. It was fixed by asking someone to open the .exe for me. Minor problem, really.

Here's a complete review of GBA emulators, also with x51v tests.
