Yes. Since the emulator runs ROM's which are actually copied from an original game ROM, and these cheat codes are part of the original program. The only potential problem I can see is, it may be difficult to pull some of the codes off on your PDA.

mmm... I think there's a rom for gamegenie... I don't think I can get it to work... I know most PC emulator have the gamegenie cheating system integrates, so you just copy-paste the codes...
