BEST GBC Emulator with link please!

I'm using one of the versions of GNUboy (and I've seen a lot of versions), and I was wanting a link to a working downloadable copy of one that would be considered the best.

I guess it doesn't have to be GNUboy, just any one that will run GBC games well. I need to be able to remap buttons too, and the version I have doesn't let me do that, and the audio sounds horrible

Well, if you do not mind paying, I believe that Morph Gear would be the best. I've used this emulator for last two years or so and love it. It is also being constantly updated, which is a plus. If you don't want to pay, and are looking for a free emultor, I do not have one to recommend, but you might want to look at this page at Pocket Gamer. Scroll down and you will see a list of Gameboy emulators, which also run GBC.

Nevermind, I got GNUboy running well, and now i have a nice running Gamegear one also, so I'm set in these areas:

NES: Nester does great w/sound
Gameboy Color: GNUboy runs well w/sound
Gamegear: Cegg runs well (really fast/smooth) w/sound

Now I tried PocketGenesis and it wouldn't even run the original sonic. Is it just a bad rom, what are your experiences with PocketGenesis? and is there a Genesis, or SNES emulator that works well on the 400Mhz Axims?

I have yet to find a decent Genesis emulator. As for SNES, I use Morph Gear. It is fast enough right now for RPGs, but probably wouldn't work too well with faster games like adventure games or platforms.

Okay then, I probably won't even worry about SNES and Genesis then.

But I am having a bit of trouble with the Gameboy one. It won't save my control and video settings, and the playback is a bit touchy.

Any other Gameboy suggestions?

And CE\gg is a great emulator for Gamegear, though It has frozen up on me, so is there anything that might be better?

YameCE does a decent job of emulating GBC, it's under games on aximsite's download page.

CE/GG locks up on me now and then too, the only other emulator I've heard of for it is Morph Gear.

What are some good RPGs for Morph Gear?

Hmmm. . . right now I am replaying the Final Fantasy series. Starting with the Nintendo versions.
