NES: PocketNester works well for me. There's a X50v-specific version that only works on WM2003SE-avoid it if you have WM5. I'm not sure what version I use, but it isn't that one or a "PocketNesterPlus" that works poorly for me as well...Oh, wait, I'm testing WM2003SE now, so I am using the X50v-specific version now as a result.
SNES: PocketSNES all the way! Since you seem to have the X51v with WM5, your best bet would be Tala's OpenGL-ES-optimized PocketSNES build. n0p's PocketSNES is even faster, but only if the GAPI tweak is used-and said GAPI tweak only works on a X50v running WM2003SE. Otherwise, it pales to the OpenGL-ES version.
Genesis/Mega Drive: Genesis Plus seems like the best bet. It runs near or at full speed without the GAPI tweak, and sound emulation is flawless-much unlike any other Genesis emulator I've tried. Unfortunately, a button bar at the bottom results in the original image's aspect ratio being distorted, and there's no way to remove it so that it displays properly in landscape. (It also stretches in portrait mode.)
GB: I think the OpenGL-ES-optimized one is PocketGBA. I don't know if it supports the older games or not, but I don't see why not given that the GBA itself is backwards-compatible.
