Windows Mobile 2003 and emulators...
I'm trying to tie a bunch of stuff together since I just got WM2003 and here is what i'm wondering...

1) What is a good free SNES emulator for 2003?

2) Are there are any good free Genesis Emulators that run well under 2003.

3) And thirdly i'm seriously considering buying all the morphgear stuff, so I want to know the following: Does the NES version run well with sound, does the GBA run well with or without sound?, does the Genesis emulator do well w/ or w/o sound? Does the SNES run well w/ or w/o sound? and also the game gear one?

And finally can i map buttons to the 4 Ax buttons and use the D-pad as a d-pad in the game? because thats whats most important to me.

You can actually try out morphgear for 15 min for all the modules... In fact, the SNES/Genesis/TG16 modules are free.

NES and Sega Master System (same as Gamegear) runs really smooth even in PPC2002.

Yes you can map all the buttons.

Don't take my words for it, download and install the trial!

well i just got WM2003 installed and i'm impressed, I finally put a new theme background on it. And I installed morphgear. I'm impressed, although with SNES I do get skips every few seconds, and i've tried changing frame skip to 3 and above, but nothing really helps... Are there any tweak suggestions that might make it run a bit smoother...

Does the size of the game, i.e. for SNES, makes a diference when playing?? I tried secret of mana 3 and got no sound and terranigma as well. Some TG-16 didn't work, even nes. I haven't tried genesis. Is it worth buying the registration?

About 1/2 the genesis games work the ones I really want LIke madden 98, and some sports games will load the first few screens perfectly, and then the emulator goes black and the game won't play.

But game-wise with SNES, GBA, and Genesis on the games that work (which is almost all for the other two) they're all playable but all three systems are also slightly choppy, like every 2-3 seconds i'll get short little choppy movement...

I wish I could figure out how to tweak my system and get that fixed, because they play very smooth outside of the choppiness every few seconds.
