NES/SNES games w/ cheats?

Sometimes I like to fire up some classic NES games for my 6-year old. I use PocketNES, YameCE, and MameCE. As far as I can gather, none of them support cheats (like the PC version of Mame32 does). It would be great to make him invincible, unlimited lives, etc.

Does such an emulator exist, or do those options exist within these emulators and I'm missing them?

I don't think the cheat option works on PPC emulators yet. However, the developer of MorphGear plans on eventually implementing it.

I used to be a staff member of a popular Emulation web page, and several popular games had IPS patches that would make you invincible. There was also a few tools that would append the Game Genie image to a ROM file. Unfortunately, that's beyond the scope of what we can talk about on this board. Google is your friend.
