winxp/mame and neogeo emulation question

hey everyone, i was trying to install mame ce3 on my x3i and it first of all seems that .cab files are associated to winzip making installing of this emulator impossible. does any know how to make the association of .cab file stop going to winzip? then the next thing i'd like to find out is if there is a neogeo emulator that will work on my x3i. i was gonna try using mame but i can't get it installed due to my first issue with file associations. i know this first issue will probably slip me up in installing other items too (i was trying to install a regeditor for my x3 and it didn't work due to the same prob) plus has anyone got any neogeo games to work on the axims or other pocket pc based pda's? any help would be appreciated.

Actually, .cab files need to be installed differently. You need to copy the .cab file over to your Axim, and then open it using your Axim's File Explorer.
