emulator & games with win2003

hi i,ve just got my x5 & am at this moment in time charging it up for the first time 4 hrs it says.
can anyone tell me it looks like there are a few problems with 2003 & some games.
also where do i download snes psx etc emulators & games from i've no idea where to start looking.
