Looking for: N64 Emulator and Sims-like game
Yeah I'm looking for that stuff. I don't know if there's a Nintendo 64 emulator for the Pocket PC or not. I hope so because I really want one. Also, I'd like a game that's kind of like The Sims. When I had a Palm OS thing I used to play a game called Dejobaan Bebop which was a lot like it (http://www.dejobaan.com/bebop/index.htm). Anyway, if you guys could help me out I'd greatly appreciate it

An N64 emulator hasn't been developed as far as I know, and even if one were to be developed it would most likely not be very usable and merely a "proof of concept" kind of thing. Of course, if someone could find a way to integrate it with the 2700G in the X50v... I don't know, I'm not a developer.

Lol thanks I hadn't even thought of that. I'll just put that into Morphgear and play

I really wish I could find a N64 emulator... I mean, it shouldn't be that hard to make one... Oh well. Thanks people!

Is there a GBA port of the Sims? Gotta get it for the wife. We're using Morphgear which seems to be the best one. No n64 yet to my knowledge though.

Leveraging OpenGL/ES in the X50v shoudl be amazing for PSX and N64 emulation, maybe, but most devices don't have such an advantage so likely few or no one is workign on it Dell-specific

Or you could just get a PalmOS emulator and play your old game.

Hmm, pocket1964 huh? sounds interesting, but it makes me wonder how n64 emulation will possibly be playable considering that the PPC can barely play GBA games, even if they do use dyn-rec.

lol....theres no way in hell an n64 emulator could be playable on the axim x50. i get a pretty good (could be better) fps on my desktop computer, and perfect gba emulation on my desktop computer. GBA emulation has yet to be perfected on the pocket pc, so making an n64 emulator is most likely really hard.
