does anyone know what a good or the best emulator is and where i can get the games for it?

Nobody will tell you where to get roms. It is illegal to download them from the internet.
The legal way of doing it would be to buy a cable from the internet and get the roms off your old cartrages.

A good emulator is morph gear. It does lots of sytems. Also PocketNester is a good free NES emulator.
