Cool! A military project are we, eh? Well, seeing that i'm the only on who is in the Military (Air Force), I think that meaning of Morphgear could be wrong in your sense.
Marat (who makes our commercial modules ie VGBA) lives somewhere in Europe.
Bluetrane (another Developer/programmer) lives in Canada.
Aaron (the big man who made and continues to Make Morphgear) lives somewhere in California.
GSC (one of the Forum Moderators) lives somewhere in the US, i forget where.
And I live in Alaska (Snake's same notion, "I hate Alaska!",

).
Morphgear is, in a nut shell, multiple emulators that are combined into one main program to play them all. The Developer/programmers of Morphgear go under the name SpicyPixel/Morphgear Team and we work hard behind the scenes to answer peoples question/problems and make Morphgear the most unique emulator you can come by on the pocket pc (excluding Scummvm and Fpsece). We appreciate the support we get, as we are a non-profit organization that freely makes updates to our program whenever we have something new or have time to do so. Marat, who currently makes our Commercial modules, is the only one who profits from making mini-emulators(modules) for Morphgear, which allows him to make better updates. We have also recently gone open-sourced meaning that anyone who has the programming skills/time can port any emulator(except for N64 and above) from the pc to the pocket pc via through Morphgear. But after 6 months, no one has gone to the site to add anything new to branch morphgear into a new direction, which has gained Aaron the notion that everyone has lost interest in Morphgear, so we maybe shutting down the main host site possibly next year. We posted this news on multiple websites and got mixed results in what people thought about it. We know no one wants this great program to fade off into the void like other emulators on the pocket pc and we continue to thank everyone who still supports us during this troublesome time for us. We have a few people working behind the scenes again so that this action never happens of "lights out" and me and Bluetrane are trying our hardest in not letting it happen as well. So to continue the fight, grab Morphgear for yourself to try out and jump on our forums if you come into any trouble, we are happy to help

! Oh and just follow the steps in order to install Morphgear properly, Happy gaming!
