Game Emulators
I'm looking for a good either SNES or NES game emulator. I know at one time there was one modified for the Intel chip our x50v has or at least tuned for the x50v but I can't remember the name. I did a search but I couldn't come up with the "best" one but from what I read PocketSNES is good. Can anyone help?

PocketNES works pretty well regardless of optimization (or lack thereof).

MORPHGEAR! it took a few tries to get it working properly for me, but it works very well! da1writer (i think that's his sn)is the man to talk to for any questions with installation/usage. however, i do believe support for morphgear is dwindling.. or at least for any new upgrades, but morphgear with all the current plugins works great. pocket snes never worked properly for my x50v. also, check out the bluetooth controller!

Yep... Morphgear all the way ! Oh, and I'm still here to answer peoples question for those inquiring about Morphgear. Development hasn't dwindled but has rercently been picked up again. No release date will be announced nor will we mention what we are doing at this time of when/if we will put out the next version, so don't go asking, It's a secret right now ...

If you can get the Genesis module working with sound, you'll be worshipped. Even more.

Pocket Nester 0.7 is easily the best NES emulator that I have came across. I think that it is better than Morphgear's NES module that you have to pay for. It runs full speed, 0 frame skip and with sound whilst in power saving mode (208mhz) using GAPI tweak on my x50v. You can find it on www.freewarePPC.com under the utilites>Emulators catagory.

Hehe... I think Pocketnester 7.0 is better than our NES Module of Morphgear as well and I'm the project Administrator of it ...
