I feel that over the last few years, Chris has done a great job making one big mobile community in the forums. I have wondered why posts to news stories, usually made by News Boy only redirect to the mobilitysite blog with forum commenting closed. Is there a reason why these are separated posts from the forums, yet they appear in search results for new posts in the forums. I feel that these posts the way they are deter comments due to the fact that they have to be done on another page and that you cannot use your mobilitysite login to post a comment. This may not seem like that much of a pain on a desktop but on a pda with slower connections and rendering times navigating across a few pages just to comment can take so much time that its not worth it.

I understand if you want news posts to be separate from forum posts, but then why is a separate login required. Even though I am logged in on mobilitysite i am told to enter my email before I am allowed to post comments on the mobiltysite blog news stories. I feel that by strictly separating the forums and news posts it is not a united mobilitysite. Back in the days of aximsite, front page stories used forum commenting. Why was this system ended?
