I have a customer that, on a whim, went out and picked up a BB8330. She's been using a Treo 700w for years now and is deciding on whether to make the transition or not. I'm setting up her Curve now and to be quite honest I don't know that much about Blackberries cause I've never been a fan. I would like some input...good, bad, or indifferent. She doesn't have much time to make the decision so I'm reaching out for answers to my faithful community. What do you guys think? Do you think she should stick with what she knows? If so, what are your recommendations on a new Windows Smartphone through Verizon? She really likes her Treo with its touch screen. Basically she's just trying this Curve to see if it's really worth making the switch. IMHO I compare the switch to going from a PC to a Mac.

She is a business professional and is looking to me for my honest professional opinion. I tried leaning her toward the iPhone but she's on Verizon's network so that's kinda out of the question.
