I have all the hard drives shared and life is good. Computer 1 is XPsp3, computer 2 is windows 7 ultimate. My Axim X51v Rom12 WinCE5.0 can see and read/write files to the XP system. Computer 1 is XPsp3, computer 2 is windows 7 ultimate.

My Axim X51v Rom12 WinCE5.0 can see and read/write files to the XP system.
The Axim can surf the web.
The axim can ping the win7 machine successfully.
I'm using totalcommander on the axim.
When I point the totalcommander server setting to the win7 machine, the window
that normally shows the drives is blank.

If I run tightVNC server on the win7 machine...
I run tightVNC viewer on the axim.
If I try to access the win7 machine by its machine name, it can't
conntect. if I point VNCviewer at the IP address of the win7 machine, it works
with the win7 firewall ON.

I've messed with the windows7 firewall and even turned it off.
Still nothing. If I put the xp drive back into computer 2,
I can see its files on the axim.

Probably some security setting in the win7 machine, but I can't find it.
