Ok, somebody posted an audio thingy, that says: "Vote for #1, please" automatically.

Not only did that crash my browser, but I believe that if it is the #1 person, then I think he/she should be disqualified, or actions taken (I do not appreciate my browser crashing when I had 10 tabs open). (Although #1 isn't too high in the polls anyway ;-))

OK well it seems pretty clear that stormloader's video is the most popular (and will almost certainly win), and rightfully so it was really good, but lay off hoggie3 i thought his video was really good as well, and look how many votes it's gotten, he's just trying to get it out there.

BTW, I was in NY this weekend for my brothers ing wessshower and got to drop by the Apple store and take a look at the iPhone. My first impressions were that the screen was amazing, the look and fell was great, and the UI was very visually appealing. I would do anything to get an iPhone so please vote for me, JoshuaJG, entry #7.

1. Creative, but the machine voice was creepy. Bonus points for criticizing the sledgehammer guy, more bonus points for making fun of Chris Leckness! Oh, and wtfiu with the devil eyes?
2. It's a five-minute slide show. Although, I slept through three minutes of it.
3. Short & sweet. Well, short anyway. Oh, and other than the special needs kids, no sob stories, so you can cut out that annoying 15 seconds in the middle.
4. Ummm... accoustics? I... AM... IRON... MAN!!! Bonus points for guilting people into voting for you... you will use it to help kids. Man, I will feel like such a tool if I vote for anybody else. Not.
5. Super short. Oh, and you might want to choose a more sympathetic figure in the future. People just don't identify with Adolph like they did in 1936.
6. This is why you do not deserve an iphone. You destroy perfectly good things. How long until you throw a fit and smash the iphone? Plus, the audio really sucks. Those, plus the hair, are three strikes against you. You are the weakest link. Goodbye.
7. You destroyed your PDA. How does that make people want to give you stuff? You'll only destroy the iphone.
8. Funny concept, bad acting, and it drags on... you could have knocked it out in 45 seconds.
9. Creative, but I have to admit that the music misses me.
10. Cute kid, and he doesn't need a cell phone until at least 16. I'm sure you will be able to pick up an iphone cheap by then. Extra points for brevity.
11. Ummm... topic? Also, I have nothing against C&W, but was that song about domestic abuse? Also, minus points for showing skin and making me feel like a dirty old man. Or bonus points... I haven't decided yet.

alrighty well it looks like this contest is pretty well over, for me anyway, (entry 6) and i think i pretty well convinced a bunch of you which is much more than i expected. for anyone who was wondering i didn't harm any electronics in the making of my video.
last year i was at Le Relais (a ski hill in Quebec) and i happened to come across a piece of an ipod... and then another... i ended finding a few pieces to it it looked as though somebody had skied over it, because it was folded almost in half. i did use my brothers ipod in the video but only to show a working one, then i put down the already broken one and proceeded to smash it up as best I could. anyways thats how i did it, and no i dont just go throwing around my gadgets.

ps congrats to stormloader your video really was impressive

I didn't actually destroy my PDA. That Axim has long been bricked by a firmware update gone wrong which is why you never see it powered on. I would never destroy working equipment. I'd sell it :-), but I'd keep the iPhone.

I can't tell if you are joking or not CONTROL. If you watch my video again, you'll see that I have a Dell PDA, which I taped paper to on the top and bottom to make it look like an IPhone (dream sequence). You'll also notice I never have the thing turned on in the video.

I didn't think it looked very convincing, but maybe my paper was too real!?
