Definitly has to be Starcraft. I start playing that game at night and only realize how long I have been playing by the streams of morning light coming into my room.
Hah! You expect me to be able to pick just one? My choices: Flux Challenge or Firepower on Rush, both of which are gorgeous, Quake, Madden '05/6, FPSECE + any Metal Slug game or GTA game, Morphgear games, Pocket Elma, Argentum, Stuntcar Extreme, Streetduel Underground...There are just so many great games, which was what lured me over to the Pocket PC platform to begin with! :D
I have a ton of games for my x50v. I don't play many of them at all. The one game that i play every day...EVERY DAY...is birdsoft all in holdem. It is the best holdem game out there by far, and its just so easy to hop in and play a tournament. Fast, good ai...i love it! One of these days i'll load up arvale and snails...
It's freeware. A fantastic Scrabble (tm) simulation, which lets you choose from different dictionaries, downloadable from the above website.
Unfortunately, some people had problems running XWords on VGA devices.
I have at least 50 games loaded on my PPC (action, sports, puzzle, casino, cards, etc), and I've been playing XWords almost exclusively for at least the past 6 months. Never get tired of playing.
Agree 100%! My favorite program on the x50v. (Even though it locks up maybe once a game and requires a soft reset, it's still my favorite. After the soft reset, the game continues from where it left off.)
I tested a number of versions for the author when he was trying to solve the lock up problem. Actually had one that didn't lock up at one time, but the code got misplaced or overwritten...
Does this problem exist with the x51v with WM2005??
