I tried to start Edge today and it no longer works.

I've been playing Edge with StyleTap for about a week now. I went to load it up today and received the following message:

Load file into memory: Error parsing file\SD Card\StyleTap Platform\db\Edge_cache#abaaaaaaedghgeefebfeebee.st p

When I hit ok, I get this:

DmDatabaseSize: Failed to load database

When I hit ok, I get this:
Debug
Can't create cache!


Has anyone encountered the same problem or message? Know how to fix it? I posted on the developer's website, and contacted StyleTap, but haven't received a reply from any of them.

A few months ago, I got error like that all the time, it generaly happened when a stp (I guess its like a prc, only for styletap) gets deleted or corupted. Since the EDGE cache is the stp not working (or not there), you may have to re-install EDGE (delete it before you re-install). But first, see if you can get into the Edge options (tap new character then cancel the prefs), and see if you can turn on the delete cache at quit, and this assuming EDGE starts but doesn't load. Also, try to back up your savegame.

Thats about all I can think of, hope it works out

I tried reinstalling Edge, I tried reinstalling Edge, and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Edge. I still get the same error at start up, I can't even get to the main screen.

Then you need to re-install styletap.
