As far as SNES emulation goes, I don't think I would really want it any better than it is on my Axim. I know that sounds crazy but here's why:
Any slow paced games (rpgs, strategy, etc) are currently playable (albeit a tad slow at times).
Most of these games only need a button or two at a time so no big deal on the axim.
Games that are much faster in pace (action, sports, fighting, etc) which can't be emulated right now (in a playable form) usually need many more buttons than the axim has.
The axim only has a few hardware buttons. It emulated the old NES Very well and has all the buttons. I just don't think it would be practical to try and play a lot of the SNES games on the axim without some sort of external controller....
