Monoply

I have heard that monoply is one of the best games for pocket pc. Is the game really challenging and does it take up a long time to play. One more thing is it capable of playing 2 players???? :crooked:

Yes, you can play two-player. It is fun, and like any Monopoly game, it can last for quite awhile. I enjoy it. I have both Monopoly and Scrabble.

Scrabble allows you up to four players, as does Monopoly. I love Scrabble. It is one of my favorite games. You have the option of also installing the Scrabble dictionary, and if you play against the computer, you can choose the level of difficulty.

Cool

There really is no need to buy monopoly at its rip off price when you can get the (nes) rom for pocket nester for free and baisicly get the same game.

P.S I own the game on nintendo also. So it is not illeagal.

I ran the NES version for a while and it was fun, but then I was "givien" the full PPC game and glad to have it. The only downside of the PPC v the NES is no game editor in the PPC version.

URL's for Scrabble and Monopoly?

Hello, all.
I have read your posts re: Monopoly and Scrabble for the Axim. Can you tell me where to go to get these? I love both of those games, but have never had them on a PDA or PPC.

Thanks,
Tom

I used to have monopoly for ppc I think its definatly not one of the best games for the pocket pc, but ti just depends on what you like. My fiancee played it wiht em once, after that she didnt like it, I think that I also played it ona a plane once, it does waste time, but its really not that great IMHO.

Well, as someone that has actually played and liked Monopoly, I would like to note that it offers everything you can find in the real game, however the computer controlled players have very limited AI (if any :D), and will be defeated very easily........not only that, but it seems that you cannot do any trades AT ALL. All you get is "Trade Denied".........
