Is the X5 fast enough?

Hey, I got an X5, and tryed playing an SNES and GBA emulator, and they both didnt work. I was just wondering if any of you have had this trouble, it goes realy slow or doesnt work at all. If you have any solutions or better emulators for GBA/SNES I might try, please post.

Well im not sure about the X5, but i think you will have to tell us which emulators you used, and which roms you tried before anyone can really help. I do know that some ROMS dont work on certain emulators (Eg. i cant get GBA pokemon games working on morphgear).

I think I used an emulator called pocket advanced, it didnt work with any of the ROM's I tried. Whats this morphgear you speak of? Is it free or what? Im only looking for one that can play chrono trigger or the lunar for gba.

Does your X5 have PPC2k2 or WM2003? If only the former, upgrade it to the latter.

Morphgear is a multi-platform emulator that allows you to play 7 emulator modules in one.
Our Snes Module is free so can be play Chrono Trigger as much as you like.
Marat's GBA Module is not free and must be payed for $20. You do get a free 5 minute trial per game load up to see if it fancies your liking.
To install Morphgear Properly, just follow the steps on the main Page in the link below.

*Note- Morphgear does played zipped roms so don't worry about that ;). I also had an Axim X5 (my info tells you i've upgraded though), and it was an alright handheld. You may want to overclock to get a framerate you might like, like Pocket Hack Master:
